Experience the rejuvenating power of Yoga Nidra, often known as "yogic sleep". This deeply restful practice not only promotes better sleep but also aids in stress reduction, emotional healing, and even alleviating chronic pain. Practiced in a comfortable position, this guided body scan, gentle breath work, and imagery exercise can enhance your overall quality of life.
